We are very pleased with Dalrock. We had 27 piers installed around the perimeter of our home. Because of their highly professional and courteous staff, the entire process was relatively simple and stress free. Carlos and his team were punctual, respectful and very hardworking. Carlos gave me a daily update on their work goals as well as their progress. He was also very careful about minimizing any major disruptions to our family’s routine. When they finished the job, everything was put back in it’s place and made to look like they were never there. I highly recommend Dalrock for any foundation repairs.

This company EARNS your trust and ultimately your business. We just bought our home a few months ago and since then we've observed a number of splits and veins in the paint around some windows and doors. Justin Hise came out to give a free inspection and estimate, and told me there wasn't too much of an issue that needed to be addressed with the foundation given the absence of several other indicators, and that giving it a year and re-evaluating any changes would be the most prudent course of action. Now THAT is honesty and integrity. If and when I ever do need foundation work done, this is the place I'm using. For contrast, I had another company in the area come out and give me a $9k scare-quote for the work even though all the measurements and readings came back within tolerance. Honest and professional! We were told by a foundation company that there was foundation issue with our house and that it would cost $3500 to repair. We asked Dalrock to come in to provide a second opinion. Rex (owner) showed up on time and was very courteous. He performed a very detailed assessment and told us we did not need ANY repair at all. Even though Dalrock would not be getting any business from us, Rex still took time to explain the signs to look for should there be any foundation issues. Our house has none of those signs. All the readings were well within the acceptable threshold. Rex even emailed to us a nicely drawn-up diagram with all his measurements for our record. Had we needed foundation repair, their charge would have been significantly lower than what the first company was going to charge us. Dalrock Foundation, thank you for your honesty and for not trying to sell us something we did not need.
