I would definitely recommend Bonsai Builders. I had them do 2 separate projects for me this year, a second floor remodel with an upgrade to the master bathroom and a custom screened in porch and re-decking a L-shaped deck. Kristen and Jason were great to work with and I greatly appreciated that as this was my first time doing a major project on my own. Kristen took me shopping for floor tiles, shower tiles and countertop, helping me hone in on what I really wanted for style and colors. Jason was so patient with all my questions and concern regarding the remodel with a tight deadline. Their team was very professional making sure to protect my hardwood floors on the first floor as they went in and out. Working with Bonsai Builders has been a great time. They did an extensive remodel for me of turning an adjoining empty room into an on-suite bathroom, redoing the closet in the primary bedroom, remodeling the first floor half bath, and redoing the coat closet which shares a wall. As the house is over 150 years old we found many surprises including old knob and tube wiring and an old load bearing wall that had been removed some time in the past which all had to be dealt with. Bonsai Builders knew who to call and had all the necessary experts on hand to work with to solve all the issues. I will definitely be using them again.
